1. Ask your body a question
When you ask your body a question, then you can begin to get comfortable with perceiving the subtle energies of your body. Your body is sending messages about its likes and dislikes all the time and they are also constantly changing. Are you willing to pay attention? When you ask your body a question, you are opening up to a conversation with your body. The body loves to be asked questions and included in creating your body. After all your body is the one that needs food, water, air, shelter, clothing, sex, etc. The more you are willing to silence the mind and listen to the body, you will develop a very different sense of self that will open up whole new doorways for the way you create your life.
2. Follow the lightness
What's true for you and your body will feel light and expansive. What's not true for you and your body will feel dense and heavy. If you've ever had a moment where you made a decision and later knew that you made a decision against the lightness? That is how you can begin to discover the ways your body is always trying to communicate with you.
3. Acknowledge you and your body
Every time you follow your body's knowing and you listen, then thank yourself and your body for being clear, being on the same page, following the lightness, choosing choices that expand your life and living. Every time you have more gratitude for the times that you follow your knowing, you will create more of that showing up.
