It's TIme to Rise!

As I talked about traveling to all these incredible places on the planet, making a meaningful impact, and sharing my philosophies on how I think the world works, I felt the women lean in, their eyes get bright eyed, their smiles widened, and their curiosity was peaked.

It was like a light bulb moment, wondering where these women had been gathering and what were they doing!

That was the beginning of feeling deep in my soul the power of sharing my dreams in a sacred group that gave them space to grow. 

Shortly after that moment, I took a leap of faith, and began on my true path... doing what I wanted, when I wanted, traveling the world, and making an impact. The money flowed, my heart opened, my body transformed without trying, and eveything came together with ease, grace, and a speed I didn't know was possible.

Since I was 18, I had visions and dreams of working on bodies, making a difference, and living a life that felt free, adventures, and full of life changing, heart opening, deep diving, exhilarating moments. I dreamed of a life that set my heart on fire, the only catch was I didn't think I could do what I love and live the life I desired. So I created an income working hard, investing in real estate, helping other businesses build a legacy. I felt like I was missing something. 

 Why couldn't I create my dreams?

I spent so many nights feeling alone, with a dream that felt too big to start so I journaled my secrets, trying to figure things out in my head, convincing myself I was crazy, too ambitious, or sometimes secretly ashamed that it was all in my head.

I didn't know how to get what was in my heart out to the world. I didn't know that I could lean into the power of community...
