Knowing That You Know, LLC is owned and operated by Katherine McIntosh and does business as Somatic Freedom™ at katherinemcintosh.com.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or accessing any program, course, or digital product offered by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™. By completing any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO

These Terms apply to all purchasers and users of any program, course, digital product, membership, or offering ("the Product") sold or delivered by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") through katherinemcintosh.com or any associated platform, checkout page, or delivery system.

This includes but is not limited to all current offerings and any programs, courses, or products launched in the future.

2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS

Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ offers digital programs, courses, audio, video, written materials, live experiences, and somatic education designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and whole-body wellness.

All digital products are delivered electronically and in most cases are accessible immediately or shortly after purchase.

This work is educational and somatic in nature. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice. Results are not guaranteed and will vary by individual.

3. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is complete — regardless of whether materials have been accessed.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after purchase will be considered a breach of these Terms. Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ reserves the right to revoke product access and pursue recovery of funds in response to any unauthorized dispute.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All content created and offered by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, workbooks, frameworks, methodology, program architecture, module titles, language, branding, and the Somatic Freedom™ methodology itself — is the original intellectual property of Knowing That You Know, LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

By purchasing any product, you agree to the following:

  • No reproduction. You may not copy, screenshot, transcribe, record, or reproduce any portion of any product content in any form, digital or physical.
  • No sharing. Your access is strictly for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, share materials, or grant access to any other person for any reason.
  • No distribution. You may not distribute, upload, post, forward, or transmit any part of any product's content on any platform, channel, or medium — public or private — without express written permission from Knowing That You Know, LLC.
  • No commercial use. You may not use any portion of this content, including frameworks, language, concepts, or methodology, to create your own offerings, programs, courses, coaching packages, or any commercial product — in whole or in part, directly or in derivative form.
  • No plagiarism. You may not present the original ideas, language, frameworks, or concepts of Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ as your own in any context, including but not limited to social media, websites, books, podcasts, teachings, or professional practice.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may result in legal action including pursuit of damages.

5. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant ownership of any content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™.

6. ACCESS & DELIVERY

Digital product access is delivered via Kajabi within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your email address and payment information are entered correctly at checkout.

Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or its content at any time without prior notice. Purchase of a product does not guarantee access in perpetuity or guarantee that content will remain unchanged.

7. LIVE PROGRAMS & EVENTS

For any live programs, group experiences, intensives, or events offered by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™, the following additional terms apply:

  • All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for live offerings regardless of attendance or participation.
  • Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ reserves the right to reschedule or modify live events. In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by the Company, a credit toward a future offering will be provided in lieu of a refund.
  • Recording of any live session by participants is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Knowing That You Know, LLC.

8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The programs and products offered by Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ are somatic and educational in nature. Nothing within any product or communication should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a serious physical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional before engaging with any of our offerings. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you take full personal responsibility for how you engage with and apply this material.

9. TESTIMONIALS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Any testimonials, results, or outcomes shared on katherinemcintosh.com or associated platforms represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Your experience will depend on many factors unique to you including but not limited to your history, commitment, and nervous system.

10. AUDIO & VISUAL DISCLAIMER

By attending a class — online, via audio, video, phone, in person, or any other means — you agree that the class may be recorded and/or filmed. This may mean any or all of the following:

The Company may do what they choose with any recording of any type, regardless of how it was recorded or how it may be used or played in the future.

Please note: Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ deeply values privacy and understands that certain information shared in our programs is private and sensitive. We honor and respect that fully.

  • You understand that you will never receive any payment for any recording in which you appear, ever.
  • You give up any legal right to prevent any of this from occurring or to control how it is used.
  • The Company will use all recordings for legitimate purposes only, in a manner that is honoring of those involved.

If you choose not to comply with being recorded, you must inform our staff before an in-person event so we can ensure you are not given a microphone during the class. For online classes, please inform us before the class begins so we can comply with your request accordingly.

We strongly encourage you to allow yourself to be recorded. The questions you ask and the contributions you make are enormous — not just for you, but for everyone in the room. We have found that keeping secrets of any kind never creates more. You may be amazed at how much your presence serves others.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use any product — including but not limited to physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes.

Your total remedy, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

12. PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at katherinemcintosh.com/privacy. By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

13. AMENDMENTS

Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at katherinemcintosh.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of any product or platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pitkin County, Colorado.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Knowing That You Know, LLC / Somatic Freedom™ with respect to your purchase and use of any product. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, written or oral.
