The Scariness of Being Vulnerable

Episode #47

I'm in this place right now in my life where I am going deep into introspection. Eight years ago, when I first started the no judgement diet. It was so scary to share with the world that I had a massive problem with my body. I had kept my judgments of my body, the shame, the insecurity and always feeling not pretty enough, not skinny enough and not sexy enough against me. I held this long secret for over 20 years, and yet, I was a brilliant athlete.

Fast forward eight years later, I'm in such a different place with my body. I made a demand to get in the best shape of my life. In the last year and a half I have completely changed my body. I don't think about what my body looks like anymore and it used to be a 20 year obsession. The no judgment diet worked to get me out of where I was.

When you're willing to get that vulnerable with you, your whole life can change. What if you could afford to be scared because on the other side of your fear, is the excitement of opening a door you've never before opened?

Tune in for more on my journey to loving my body.
